**Must have the Application installed and actively running in the background at all times with Location, Motion, and Fitness sharing enabled for the Boundless Rider Application. Only certain policies are eligible for the Safe Rider Program. Discounts may vary by vehicle, policy type, and driver type. Discounts are not available in all states and/or territories. Discounts may be applied as credits for renewals or to reduce aggregate insurance price in a given year depending on the state and/or territory where the policy was issued.

We do not and can not guarantee the effectiveness of accident detection and real time emergency response due to significant factors outside of our control including, without limitation, reliable location information, crash detection or reporting, wireless service availability, and similar factors provided by your mobile device and/or wireless carrier. Further limitations may apply to availability of emergency services at your location.
****Death Benefit Coverage may be provided as an endorsement to your policy if you opt into the Safe Rider Program, maintain the Application active on your device, otherwise comply with the conditions of the endorsement and are not subject to one of the stated exclusions, and are injured while driving your vehicle which leads to your death.
