Update to allow trial database updates in iOS 9

We've made significant upgrades to the high-res graphics, user interface, and app performance. As part of the update, ICU Trials will now automatically prompt you to update the trial database from within the app. This functionality allows for more frequent landmark trial updates! With the 2.0 update, we also added five new landmark trials: SLEAP (Mehtra 2012), SHOCK (Hochman 1999), TTM (Nielsen 2013), CRISTAL (Annane 2013), and Esteban 2004.

We've created a link for "free full-text article" support for applicable articles and added 5 new trials: - PROSEVA (Prone positioning in severe ARDS) - RSBI (Rapid shallow breathing index to predict weaning failure) - Drakulovic 1999 (Semirecumbent position for mechancial ventilation) - SIC (Selenium in intensive care) - Besson 1995 (Octreotide for acute variceal bleeding)
