This is the simplest way to burn fat/calories and to be stronger and healthier.

The plank is one of the best exercises you can do for your core because it builds isometric strength to help you make your core pop, strengthen your lower back, and build your shoulders.

The longer you do this exercise and hold the plank, the more resilient your lower back will be to injury, and the better your abs will look once you burn the fat off them.

What it works: abs, chest, glutes, lower back, core.

Tip: To gain the maximum out of your time in this exercise tense your abdominal muscle group at each rep.
