WHEN SHOULD I USE CBT?

Super trashy and scammy

I have downloaded this app a while ago but only today I have tried to use it for the first time. I'm very depressed, been sleeping for 16 hours a day, physically debilitated, have panic and anxiety attacks etc. Created an account on Bloom and right away it presented the free trial screen. I chose the 7-day free trial. I thought that I might give it a try for seven days and if I saw any improvements I'd think if I wanted to purchase the yearly subscription. The subscription was active on the App Store but all the content in the app was still locked. I tried to solve it for some minutes without success. When I tried to access something it presented the plans screen and all content had a lock icon on it. When I tried to move past the plans screen I received a system alert "You already have a subscription for Bloom". In short, after trying for a while I was very frustrated. Then I tapped somewhere in the plans screen and I was IMMEDIATELY charged for the whole year subscription without any free trial, without being able to test any content from the app before purchasing the subscription. What a way you have designed to scam people who is already in enough trouble. I don't have money for the yearly subscription but my card was charged anyways. I woke up feeling miserable. I've been feeling miserable for the past two months. Almost everyday I have suicidal thoughts. This app was able to make me more miserable than I was before. I just want to delete it and get my money back as soon as possible.
