ComicShare is a High-function e-book reader. SMB, FTP, GoogleDrive, Dropbox, OneDrive(Business), Box, webDAV, OPDS, SFTP, Web(HTTP) support. zip(cbz), rar(cbr), 7zip(cb7), lzh(lha), tar(cbt), txt(rtf), epub, pdf support. This application allows you to view scanned comics on iPhone/iPod touch/iPad. You can easily transfer scanned images(ZIP,RAR,7ZIP,TAR,LZH,PDF) from your computer to your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad, and view (ZIP,RAR,7ZIP,TAR,LZH)-files without decompressing on the local FTP, SMB, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, WebDAV, SFTP, Web server. If there is an server function, you can view images directly files stored NAS, Windows, the Mac, etc.. Nice app, and would be still better if it had metadata based

This app is nice mainly because of its excellent support of streaming from almost all protocols (which is very interesting for example to someone who runs his comic collection on a remote server accessible via ssh or from a SMB server running on a LAN). Another nice feature is that it’s highly customizable (sometimes more options than needed, in fact).But unfortunately it lacks something I consider important, which is metadata support. It would be amazing if it read the ComicRack xml embedded files on comics and allowed browsing and searching them based on these fields. Some visual improvements would be very appreciated too. Although the app is efficient it’s ugly as hell, particularly for a software whose main function is to handle something as visually appealing as comic books.
