LIONHEART INSIGHTS - Realize your results faster with LionHeart. LionHeart is F45’s in-studio gamification platform where a points system, with a compatible LionHeart heart rate monitor, encourages you to stay above 70% of your max heart rate to hit the goal of 45 points! Shortly after class finishes you can view and share performance reports showcasing min and max heart rate, calories burned and LionHeart points. Don’t have a LionHeart heart rate monitor? JOIN 45-DAY CHALLENGES - A guided 45-day program focused on your personal fitness and performance progress through F45’s team training, goal-targeted nutrition, and fresh wellness education to support a holistic training lifestyle. Each assessment has a companion workout or exercise run periodically in-studio with brand new assessments being added all the time so you can challenge yourself and stay motivated. Special graded assessments also rank your score and privately show if you’re in the Top 30% of finishers - an incredible achievement!

WORKOUT WHEREVER - Watch or cast workouts right from your phone for when you can’t make it to the studio or when you want to add an extra recovery session at home. Access Bodyweight, Weighted and Recovery workouts to suit all fitness levels and equipment availability. Requires an active F45 membership to access.
