I’m majoring in Software Engineering and was looking for an app to practice and review concepts and I’m absolutely amazed by this app!

I subscribed to the Pro plan. The payment went through, but I couldn’t access any of the Pro courses in the app.I tried logging out and logging in again and again. Nothing worked.I spent more than an hour trying to find contact information. On the website, only the landing page works, which is ironic, considering they teach programming.The email response I received, and I quote:“Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We hope to fix everything soon. Thank you.”That’s it. No solution, no follow-up. Just hope.If you actually want to learn, just go with MIMO. Seriously.
