FieldPal is field service solution that offers a low-cost simple approach to managing your field team. Features include:
• Job dispatch. Use a calendar to provide visibility of your teams workload and availability.
• Real-time visibility of job progress. See what work is outstanding, in progress and completed as it happens using the FieldPal Portal.
• Photo and signature capture. Record photo evidence of completed work and capture that all important customer signature.
• GeoLocation Data. Automatically record the location the work was completed. Also, have photographs geo-stamped with the location they were captured.
• Reports and notifications. Produce a completed work report and have this emailed automatically to the people that matter.
• Cloud storage. Have your completed worksheets, and photographs stored in the cloud for easy accessibility and searching. There's no need to use paper or SMS/WhatsApp any longer.
• Works off-line. The FieldPal mobile app works off-line meaning that your field team can still record information even without a phone signal.
• Works on both phones and tablets.
FieldPal has been designed to be as simple as possible meaning that you can be up and running in minutes with no costly set up fees.
