App fechando sozinho

O App está fechando sozinho ao abrir os tickets no iPad Pro.

We have rolled out a release for the bug fix. Could you please install our latest version and verify. if it exist, please do email us at "support@freshservice.com". So that we would be able to trouble shoot and provide a fix as early as possible.Looking forward for your mail.

No notifications!

I'm giving this app a two star rating because there should be notifications for new tickets! I have to manually check it, otherwise I don't know if there are new tickets or updates, there are no notifications whatsoever! There should be notifications for new tickets, replies, updates, etc. It would be a great app!
