Best app ever to use in Thailand

Many cars available at any time and app also has a translator Thai / English to communicate with the drivers.

Poor customer service

In Philippines I often meet with drivers who dislike the route or stop far from the pickup location, press arrive and deliberately wait the time limit to cancel the ride. When the driver dislikes the drop-off location or is in a “bad mood” he will simply give you a low rate (no matter how respectful you were) and that automatically punishes and bans your account. When you try to reach the customer service you end up chatting with a robot that sends automatic answers, nobody solves your issue and end the chat
