Difficult to cancel, no refunds

Mindvalley makes cancellation confusing and refuses to refund unintended renewals, even when reported immediately. Be careful — very disappointing experience.

Hello Zealiperti, We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. After reviewing our system, we can confirm that a renewal email which is a part of our standard process was sent to you on October 16th, one month before your new billing cycle. This email serves as a reminder and gives users the option to cancel or continue with their subscription. Please note that our checkout pages and invoices clearly state that all subscriptions are set to auto-pay and users will be charged unless they cancel through their account, as they have full ownership of their subscription settings. As for refunds, they are applicable 15days from the purchase date and in this case, it is a renewal. We hope this clarifies your question and let us know if you need any further assistance.

I canceled and requested the reimbursement and they told me that this is not applicable. I have not used one single day and they don’t refund me on thr charges!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Not fair at all!
