Bored Chat allows you to meet new people when you'd otherwise be mindlessly surfing the net.
But what really makes Bored Chat interesting is that all chats are PUBLIC. Yup, that's right, welcome to the age of no privacy!
So not only can you meet new people, you can actually view other people's conversations first. In other words you can make sure they're actually interesting before saying "hi"!
Now, if you're super, super bored, you can just lurk for a while and watch other people make totally-not-cringeworthy conversations!!! (Seriously, there's some really, really totally-not-cringeworthy conversations on Bored Chat. Mostly by the staff of Bored Chat tbh.)
And who knows, you may just find someone interesting to talk to. You can tell a lot about someone by how they interact with others: are they witty? Are they friendly? Are they respectful? If the answer is yes, simply strike up a conversation by saying "hi".

With Bored Chat Premium, you will be able to take all your chats private. Chat about what you'd like to without the world snooping on your every message!
Premium costs US$0.99 per month and you can cancel anytime. These prices are for US customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
Bored Chat Premium subscriptions are charged through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store. Refunds are not provided for the unused portion of any term, and any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made.
