With this app, you will be able to take the proper pictures and movement captures needed for a detailed Functional Movement Assessment, Posture Screening, and Motion capture. These essential reports are helpful for any athlete and active person, no matter the age. Catch postural misalignments early, address muscle imbalances, overactive and underactive muscles that might need more corrective exercises to not cause injury or to get over an injury, back to normal movements, and back in the game!
My name is Claudia McCoy and I am the owner of Fit4Athletes LLC.
I earned my degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training in Germany in 1992 and work as an Athletic Performance Trainer and Ironman University certified Triathlon coach in the Tampa Bay area as well as online. After moving to the US in 2002 I advanced my knowledge base with an emphasis on Athletic Performance and Corrective Exercise with the following certifications:
- Certified Strength & Sports Conditioning Specialist
- German licensed Physical therapist and Athletic Trainer
- Certified Speed & Power Specialist
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Sports Medicine Trainer
- Certified Advanced Flexibility Specialist
- Certified Advanced Sports Nutrition Specialist
In recent years I have worked with and helped many professional athletes (NFL, MLB, Pro Basketball, Swimmers, Tennis, soccer players), many local triathletes, runners, youth soccer players, and goal-oriented adults to reach their full potential or to get back "on the field" after injuries.
