OBDeleven VAG is now part of the main OBDeleven app. We’ve moved most features, updates, and new functionality to the OBDeleven app – so you can manage all supported brands in one place. If you're new here, we recommend downloading the OBDeleven app instead. WHY SWITCH TO OBDELEVEN APP • One app for all supported brands (Volkswagen, BMW, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz Groups, Ford US models) • Faster performance and more stable connection • Regular updates with new features and improvements • Built with the latest security and vehicle access standards • Same diagnostics, coding, and One-Click Apps experience USE THIS APP IF: • You have a Volkswagen Group vehicle with K-line support (typically older models, around 2008 or earlier) • You have a Lifetime VAG PRO plan • You have an OBDeleven 1 (FirstGen) device For all other use cases, download the OBDeleven app.

App sempre trava após cada alteração, sendo obrigado a fechar por força e abrir e logar novamente. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente e o bug mantém.

Audi Q5 not working

I only used it 3 or 4 times and my dongle stopped working. No lights turning on when connected. My car is OK because VCDS works fine. I tried contact with support but no luck so far. :( I will change the review once and if the problem is solved.

Thank you for letting us know about this. The device's LED not turning on could mean that it's experiencing some malfunctions and isn't able to obtain power from the car's OBD-II port. No need to worry, our customer support team will gladly assist you with resolving the situation - all our devices come with a 2 year warranty, protecting our buyers from such unexpected issues. Keep in mind that we're based in Lithuania, so too is our customer support team, hence the time zone difference may add to some delays in communication. Nonetheless, we're committed to resolving your concerns as well as addressing any other questions you may have. Be sure to check back in on your submitted Help Inquiry throughout the business week and ping our support crew with your order number, stating you require warranty assistance. Let us know how it goes.

No better world to describe this app and the adapter: garbage Many times I open the app and try to connect, it crashes It makes me switch between this and the other OBDeleven app to access similar functions It takes ages to connect, and sometimes it doesn’t The code lines shown on the app do not exist in the module I’m accessing Gets me error messages a lot of times And many more…I’m used to BimmerUtility, ISTA, VCDS. Those are not comparable to this oneTo sum up, it charges us a Rolls Royce and delivers a G-Wiz. Completely unacceptable PS for Devs: FIX THIS NOW
