Added casino sound ambience to simulate counting under real conditions. Dealer voice and casino ambience can be toggled within the settings screen. Improved the look and feel of both settings and custom count strategy editor.

Improved the counting help popup by showing each card that was thrown along with each cards count value. Counting help is now displayed on all levels to aid in the learning process. Help can be disabled in the settings screen for medium, hard, and expert levels and is still always displayed in the tutorial and easy levels.
