Llama Life is a daily task planner and organizer, designed to help you focus on ONE task at a time - so you're not just making lists, you're actually getting THROUGH them!
Llama Life let’s you set a countdown timer for *every* task. This concept is called ‘timeboxing’, and the idea is to create a (positive) constraint around the time we have to do something. The goal is to try and give a task 100% of our attention, until the timer runs out. This helps to increase focus, and gives us the mental space to think about ONE thing at a time.
Llama Life also let’s you know your total List Time, and the estimated finishing time, so you can be more aware of time passing, and plan your day.
We also love celebrating the wins, big or small, so very importantly, you get confetti (woo hoo!) when you finish a task. You can also personalize with color and emoji to get lots of variety and keep things fun and fresh!
Llama Life offers a 7-day free trial, after which you can choose a Monthly or Annual subscription.

- delete individual tasks from the Not-Now list!
- see and clear all tasks from the Not-Now list in the Report view
Pro tip: store tasks in the Not-Now list to keep your Now list (ie main list) short! It's much easier to complete a list when it's short and feels achievable!
