[Honeycomb Fog + Heatmaps + Landmarks: New Features, New Experiences] - [Heatmap] The Heatmap mode is back with a buttery-smooth experience! After a dedicated development cycle, the underlying visualization engine has been completely rebuilt. Interactions are now silky-smooth with full-frame responsiveness, shapes transition naturally, and stuttering is a thing of the past. It also supports timeline animation playback—similar to the "Precipitation" animation in Apple Weather—allowing you to dynamically review your footprint history. Rendering parameters are now fully customizable. - [Honeycomb Fog] Introducing the new Honeycomb Fog map. Inspired by "Fog of World," this feature lets you clear the fog of exploration using a hex grid, building a unique topological map of your global memories. - [Landmarks] Your footprints will now automatically match and light up famous landmarks worldwide! The "Landmarks" feature has been removed from the map mode switcher and is now integrated as an optional toggle across all map rendering modes. - [Map Memory] The map page now features a memory mode. It will automatically remember your last-used map style upon launch, rather than defaulting to a fixed display mode. [Default Footprint Saving & Statistical Charts] - Auto-Save: Footprint recording now saves automatically by default, eliminating the need for manual saves. - Footprint Statistics: Introduced all-new data analytics and detailed trajectory charts. We use the most intuitive visual charts to deeply analyze the pace, elevation, and distance distribution of every journey. [Underlying Engine Rewritten: Performance Boosted by Up to 97%] - Launch Speed: Cold start times have been drastically reduced by 44%. First-frame rendering is faster, allowing you to instantly see your footprints the moment you open the map. - Map Rendering: Rendering speed for million-level footprints has increased by 97%, with a massive 50.6% drop in CPU usage. Switching time ranges is now completely lag-free. - Thermal Control: By rewriting the footprint visualization engine, decoding CPU usage has been drastically lowered, mitigating device heating issues during App startup. - Scrolling Performance: Optimized caching for the city list to eliminate stuttering and redundant calculations, ensuring interactive animations run at maximum frame rates. [More Efficient Background Recording: Battery Consumption Reduced by 39%] - Ultra-Long Battery Life: The footprint database now utilizes an incremental mode, eliminating the heavy write-load during long recording sessions. This makes your all-day tracking significantly more power-efficient. -Background Optimization: Optimized the concurrent execution of most geographic calculations, resolving high power-consumption hotspots in certain scenarios. Battery drain has been reduced by up to 39%. [Refinements & Bug Fixes] - Adapted certain components to the latest iOS 26 Liquid Glass material, making map controls visually more cohesive and translucent. - Implemented robust fixes for deadlock issues during iCloud synchronization. - Fixed a bug where photo albums in the city list would load as 0. - Fixed GCJ-02 coordinate offset issues on certain sub-pages. - Fixed an issue where flight route colors on the map occasionally displayed abnormally; restored to the correct semi-transparent sky blue. - Improved multi-language localization. Fixed an issue where certain recording pages (e.g., "End Trip," "Delete Footprint") still displayed in English in non-English environments. - Added an anti-overwrite protection mechanism for caching to further ensure your footprint data is safe and secure. - Optimized the user experience during device thermal throttling by automatically skipping non-essential calculations, keeping core map interactions smooth.

Bug Fixes 1. Fixed iCloud sync retry failures 2. Added unified GCJ-02 (China Mars coordinate system) management and toggle entry in Settings 3. Fixed inconsistent row spacing in the flight list UI 4. Fixed color mismatch between Gap Fill preview and saved tracks Improvements 1. Gap Fill for weak-GPS scenarios: Completed tracks are now classified as external imports and used only for filling gaps in your local activity map. Manage or delete them via Settings > iCloud > External Track Imports. 2. Streamlined recording modes to three tiers: Passive — Cruise — Sport. Cruise is now the balanced default. 3. Removed Heatmap mode and default map launch state options. 4. Adjusted default permission states: Always-on Timeline and Auto-Start are now off by default to conserve battery out of the box. 5. The map now defaults to showing Today's footprints instead of the full global range. Switch between time ranges at any time to view footprints from different periods. Performance 1. Improved scroll performance on Home, list, and Settings pages when rendering animated backgrounds 2. Optimized database read/write speed for footprint rendering on the map page

[ New Feature ] - Added interrupted route completion on the map. When GPS is weak or interrupted, such as in tunnels or underground areas, you can now manually add missing route segments or individual track points.. When GPS is weak or interrupted, such as in tunnels or underground areas, you can now manually add missing route segments or individual track points. [ Bug Fixes ] - Fixed an issue where track points could stutter, flicker, or briefly disappear when dragging the map with two fingers. - Fixed an issue where track points could occasionally disappear after changing the time range, switching color modes, or moving the map. [ Improvements ] - Improved track point color rules. Tracks imported from third-party sources now use a unified source color for a more consistent map view. - Replaced the low-resolution logo, refined the rough edges of the previous globe shape, and adjusted the logo colors. - Timeline is now turned off by default to reduce background battery usage. Users who need long-term timeline location tracking can enable it manually in Settings.

Bug Fixes -【Background Alive】Fixed the background tracking interruption issue in cruise mode. As long as the app is not manually cleared from the background, the App can stably and continuously record tracks in the background -【Optimize Power Efficientcy】Performed silent power-saving optimization for cruise mode, keeping the power consumption performance the same as mainstream footprint Apps on the market, and is expected to consume 2-4% of power every 12h under pure background operation New Features: -【Planned Footprints: Auto Check-in】Select any favorited track and turn on recording, in cruise mode, the App will automatically perform silent matching with the planned route and complete check-ins along the way -【Dynamic Island Real-time Tracking】During cruise auto check-in, the Dynamic Island will transform into your "real-time travel assistant", allowing you to intuitively grasp travel progress, number of footprint points, and the direction of the next stop without unlocking the screen -【Route Track Favorites】Reconstructed and optimized route customization and planning, now supporting long-press on the map to add waypoints, and long-press on list items to drag and change the order, route customization Temporary Offline -【Heatmap Offline】The heatmap mode has been temporarily removed due to interactive fluency issues, and an optimized version will be re-launched in the future

-6-Tier Footprint Recording Modes : Choose from Sleep, Passive, Cruise, Track, Radar, and Sport — covering everything from ultra-low power to full real-time GPS. Each mode applies a tailored power-saving strategy that balances precision with battery life, and automatically downgrades when battery is low for worry-free daily use. - Custom Colors for Track Sources : Assign distinct colors to different track sources, displayed directly on the map so every journey stands out at a glance.
