They charged my card before the deadline to finalize the evaluation, without any communication. I want a refund and cancellation of my account.

Great idea, poor execution

Kalam has an amazing concept: helping with pronunciation is a much-needed feature. But unfortunately, the app still struggles a lot in practice. It often fails to recognize certain words even when clearly pronounced, and the repetitive initial questionnaire about goals and preferences becomes frustrating over time. With some polishing, this could be a top-tier app, but for now, it feels more promising than practical.

Fixed bugs and enhanced user experience.
