Dream Home mission not unlocking even with enough stars

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with my game Design Family Life — the Dream Home mission will not unlock even though I already meet all the requirements.Details:My account currently has 481 stars (you can see this at the top bar in the screenshots).On the map, the locked house shows 425 / 470 stars required — I have already reached that amount.The Big Goals, This Week’s Plans, and Today’s To-Do lists are all completed (no pending rewards).I have already restarted the game, rebooted my device, and checked for updates — the issue persists.The mission “Dream Home / Unlock new house” appears in the rewards section but not as an active task on my map, so I can’t unlock or interact with the new house.Expected behavior:The Dream Home mission should appear as an active task, or the map should allow me to unlock the house once I have enough stars.Actual behavior:Nothing happens — the house stays locked, and the mission doesn’t appear in the map or task list, even though I already have more than the required stars.Attachments:I’m attaching screenshots showing:My star count (481)The locked houses on the map (425 / 470 stars)My completed Big Goals and To-Do listsThe “Dream Home” screen from the rewards sectionCould you please check if my account has any hidden requirement, if this house is premium (real-money only), or if my progress is affected by a sync bug?Thank you for your help!Best regards,
