After iOS 26.4 changes, automatic return to your previous app may no longer work reliably. If Monologue opens during dictation, you may need to manually switch back to the app you were using to continue dictating. Improvements: - Dictionary Add and Remove actions are now available directly in the QWERTY keyboard layout. - Better recovery for recordings left behind after an interruption or app restart. - Fixed keyboard states that could sometimes get stuck during dictation. - Live Activity pause/resume state and timer behavior are now more accurate. - Stopping a note from the Live Activity or shortcut flow now opens the app when needed. - Note details now remember the last tab you were viewing.
