Sparta Fitness turns training with friends into a monthly competition. Log your workouts, check in every day you train and climb your group's leaderboard one active day at a time.
Every day you are active counts as one point. A workout, a run, a football match or a quick check-in all earn the same credit, so the leaderboard rewards showing up rather than showing off. At the end of the month the ranking resets and the race starts again.

Your group's feed shows what everyone has been doing the moment they finish. Cheer a friend with an AUUH, drop a comment and keep each other honest. You decide how much detail the feed reveals about you.

Log strength workouts, runs, sports and quick daily check-ins
Build calendar-day streaks and see who in your group is on a run
Join a group with a code and compete on monthly leaderboards
Follow your group's feed, react with an AUUH and comment
Create workout templates from a full exercise catalog or your own custom exercises
Run live sessions with rest timers, work timers and supersets
Swap or add exercises mid-session and save what you did back into your plan
Import workouts and runs automatically from Apple Health
Browse your training history day by day on a calendar
Choose exactly what your group sees, from full detail to "was active"
Sparta Pro
The group game is free forever. Sparta Pro adds the depth for dedicated training: unlimited groups and workout templates, personal records for every exercise, progression charts, records broken live during your session and the Apple Watch app. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that auto-renews and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings.
Sign-in is optional. You can build templates and log workouts without an account, and sign in with Google when you want groups, leaderboards, the feed and sync across your devices.
Group admins can now rename their group from the group screen.
Indoor cycling sessions from Apple Health are now imported.
Distances and weights in the feed follow your language's number format.
