Apple Health now stays connected. If Bitey kept asking you to connect even with everything switched on, that's fixed, and your steps and calories burned show up again. Food scans are sharper too: halved foods like eggs are counted properly, and Bitey only counts what it can see on the plate. Plus small layout fixes on the results screen.

Bitey's biggest update yet. SMARTER SCANS • Watch Bitey spot each food on your plate as it works it out • A quick question when a photo can't tell ("How were the eggs cooked?") for more accurate numbers • Common foods checked against USDA food data • A heads-up before a blurry or dark photo uses a scan • Pro: take a closer look with Bitey's sharpest model, plus fiber, sugar, sodium and saturated fat HEY SIRI • "Log a meal in Bitey", "How many calories do I have left in Bitey?", "Log a glass of water in Bitey", "Log my weight in Bitey" and "Log my usual breakfast in Bitey" A NEW APPLE WATCH APP • Swipe through today's ring, meals, macros, water and your week • Log by voice or pick one of your usuals • New watch face complications, including one that's just Bitey MORE TO LOVE • A fresh look across the app, with new Bitey expressions (give Bitey a tap) • Pro: a redesigned Health Report with 7, 30 or 90-day periods • Tap a day in This Week to see it in Insights • Dark and tinted app icons • Badges and levels you've earned stay earned • Faster from scan to results, plus lots of fixes

The "you asked, Bitey listened" update. Nearly all of this came from your support messages. EDIT ANYTHING • Edit meals after logging. Swap an item, fix a portion, or add more by photo, barcode, or text. • Change a meal's date or time. Logged it today but ate it last night? Move it. • Forgot to log yesterday? Tap any day in Insights and add meals to it. FIND IT FASTER • Search your full meal history from Home. • Star and unstar favorites right in Quick Log. Search results too. • Tap any day label in Insights to jump to it. REACH BITEY FASTER • New water widget: log a cup from your home screen without opening the app. Works offline. • New Control Center button: jump straight to the scanner. Assign it to your Action Button. SMARTER SCANS • Photo scans now read exactly what you frame, nothing just outside the shot. • Meal suggestions match the time of day instead of always guessing lunch. • Siri-logged meals now show up in Apple Health. FIXES • Pro subscribers who recreated their account no longer get stuck on the free scan limit. • Widgets no longer show yesterday's totals the next morning. • Badge progress bars stop at 100% instead of running off the card. • Long support messages now arrive instead of silently vanishing. • You can attach a screenshot to support messages. • Lots of polish: smarter accessibility, friendlier copy, fewer stray taps. Keep the ideas coming. They're clearly working.
