Here are some potential outlines for the LizHR app: Dashboard Employees and HR managers will get a quick overview of important HR metrics. They can see the number of employees present in the office, those working from home, and those who are absent. Attendance To mark their attendance using a thumb punch or by logging in to the app. Provide a summary of late/early arrivals, missed punches, and work-from-home days. Leave Apply for different types of leaves, such as vacation, sick leave, or work from home, directly from the app. View their leave balances, including the number of leaves taken and the number of leaves remaining. HR managers can approve or reject leave requests. Shifts The Shifts feature will allow employees to view their shift schedules and timings for each day.
