Video-Performance Sync -- Connect to our app with our powerful and lightweight Bluetooth Performance Clip. Using advanced motion algorithms, the PDC app automatically detects repetitions and lift phases, displaying a detailed waveform of your movement that syncs automatically with recorded videos seconds after completing your exercise (video recording is optional).
Powerful Metrics -- Track and analyze every aspect of your performance with metrics including: Peak, median, and minimum velocity, range of motion, height, depth, stability, duration, and rep-to-rep consistency. Coaches and athletes can compare data across sets, visualize progress with bar graph comparisons, and evaluate the effectiveness of training cycles with precision.
Improve Technique -- The app’s side-by-side video comparison and velocity slider tool make it easy to pinpoint technical breakdown, isolate lift phases, and identify sticking points for targeted improvement.
Built for Powerlifters and Coaches -- Set custom depth or height targets, and receive audio cues mid-set when you hit or pass them. After training, instantly assess whether each rep meets competition standards—including depth, range of motion, and downward motion. Store all of your sets and exercises on our app, included with thumbnails and sorted by date, weight, reps, or difficulty (10 minutes of free video storage included).
Performance Clip -- Our Bluetooth Performance Clip attaches to your arm or leg with our PDC bands (4 attachment bands XS-XXL included) and transmits real-time data directly to the free PDC app. The clip has a range of up to 50m and is rechargeable with 8 hours of battery life.
