How it works
1. Pick what you want to lock access to (photo, video, note, or selected apps).
2. Choose a lock type and set the goal.
3. Hit Precommit - your content disappears from view.
4. Complete the goal. Precommit verifies it in real time and puts everything back.
5. Or, force unlock—but only after a mandatory cooldown that stops knee-jerk impulses.
