We've made improvements to search, merge history, and squashed a couple of bugs. Enhancements Contact Search: Finding contacts is now smarter and more forgiving. Search results are no longer sensitive to punctuation — for example, searching "tj" will surface contacts named "T.J." Exact matches are also now prioritized at the top of your results, so the contact you're looking for is easier to find, faster. Merge History: You can now see the domain of a merged (child) contact directly in the Merge History view, giving you the context you need to identify records at a glance without having to tap into each one. Bug Fixes Contact Record: When updating the relationship details, users can now set the “Known since” date as today. Users reported that this was not saving properly in the previous build.

Ruby 1.11.1 updates how users can see contact record updates. Changes made to a contact have moved from showing in the Feed to now populating a new record history that contact owners can access to see all the updates for a contact.

Ruby 1.10.0 has a few new features. In Merge History, users can now click into merged contacts to see what information is contained in each contact. Users can now edit just the data in Contact Info and More Info sections of a contact. The sorting of contacts when searching is now more consistent. Some helpful tips have been added when first logging in as well as in the Feed section.

Ruby 1.9.0 has two new features: Reminders and Merge History. Contact owners can now set up one-time and recurring reminders on contacts they own. With Merge History, see the underlying contacts that have been merged into a contact. We've also added a number of minor fixes in this patch as well.

In Ruby 1.8, we've updated the offline experience to better reflect which data needs an online connection to be viewed. Tags have been updated to load more quickly and show more commonly used tags at the top of the list. There are other small bug fixes in this update as well.

We added in the Feed, streamlined the look, and moved a few items around, alongside various fixes and improvements. In particular we have: Added the Feed to the navigation menu, and allows you to see recent updates and touches with your followed and owned contacts. Streamlined to look of accounts and contacts in list to be easier to read and fit more on the screen. Updated search to only show contacts and help find contacts in the larger company pool of contacts. Fixed some minor bugs and worked on making the app easier to use at different text sizes.

This update mainly fixes some minor bugs in the app and polishes some of the UX in the app. In particular we have: Accounts, employees, and contacts are now retrieved more quickly in the app. My Account filters added to the accounts page to show owned accounts. Improvements to search for both contacts and accounts for more reliable results. Easier to select managers when creating or editing a contact. When editing an account, it’s now easier to select and track associated contacts.
