- fixed MIDI input in "omni" mode - fixed note display and keyboard layout: the key name is now within -50ct..+50ct range instead of 0..+100ct in previous version

version 1.1.1 adds note state saving: app will restore all sustained notes after the restart. It also includes some bugfixes in keyboard UI and sound engine changes since 1.1.0 — new controls opened with [ | ] button: * slider that changes initial volume / modulation for all keys * slider that scales volume / modulation for all active sustained notes. It can be reset with double tap. Resets when all sustained notes are turned off. * mute active keys / turn off modulation for active keys * "glide" mode. can be toggled with double-tap or temporary enabled while you press and hold the key * [x] button switches off all held notes and received midi notes * values of the sliders in this left sidebar are reset when you hide it — keyboard offset control added - note number / frequency display box — double-tap on keyboard controls to reset them to default value — MIDI input working in two modes: directly mapped notes on sequential channels and 'omni' mode that receives notes and pitch bend values and adapts this to current keyboard settings.
