Task&Log closes the loop between what you planned and what actually happened.
PLAN → DO → LOG → REVIEW
• PLAN: Create tasks with categories, priorities, alarms, and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly repeat rules.
• DO: Check them off as you go. Progress stays clear.
• LOG: Swipe right on any completed task to instantly turn it into a journal entry. Title, project, notes — everything carries over automatically.
• REVIEW: Insights shows planned vs. completed activity, mood trends, and project progress over time.
Every task leaves a trace. Every log can be traced back to its original task (or stand alone as a free-form entry). Nothing slips through the cracks.
