Purchase improvements • New "Redeem Code" button in Settings — use promo codes right inside the app. • "Restore Purchases" now shows you the result (restored / nothing found / connection failed). • Fixed an issue where cancelling Apple Account sign-in during restore could temporarily deactivate Pro. New Routines tab • Browse 12 preset routines and 32 preset exercises, organized by category. • Create, edit, and delete your own custom exercises and routines. • Start AI squat form analysis right from a routine that includes squats. • Track your way through a routine: check off sets, follow rest timers, and see your overall progress. More accurate squat form analysis • Improved joint angle measurement makes form checks much more accurate. • Far fewer false alerts caused by momentary tracking noise. • Butt wink detection has been redesigned to be more reliable. • Camera view detection (front/side) now works consistently at any distance. New option • Choose in Settings whether shallow reps (above parallel) are counted. When on, they count with depth feedback.

10 source-verified strength programs are now available. • Explore Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5×5, Madcow 5×5, Texas Method, 5/3/1, nSuns, Candito, Mag/Ort, Westside, and Juggernaut in one library. • Run supported squat sets with prescribed weight, rep targets, and timed rest. • Review progression guidance, FormLab coverage, and verification sources for every program. • Track completed sessions and continue directly from your next workout. • Pro users can load the latest routine catalog maintained in Supabase. Note: Automated form analysis currently supports standard back squats. Unsupported programs such as Mag/Ort and Westside remain available as view-only references.

Pro cloud restore is now available. • Reinstall the app or restore your purchase on a new device to download Pro workout history backed up on the server. • Cloud records are merged by UUID without duplicating or overwriting workout history already on the device. • Improved purchase restoration and workout history refresh reliability. Note: Workout videos remain on the device and are not included in cloud restore.

FormLab is now smarter and easier to use. • Added Pro cloud sync. When connected to the network, Pro workout history is also stored on the server for safer record keeping. • Added “Correction Focus” after each session, so you can quickly see the most important form issue and the coaching action to try next time. • Improved camera setup quality checks for framing, view angle, device tilt, distance, and calibration readiness. • Enhanced Pro video replay. Jump directly to the moment a form issue happened and review problem areas from the session timeline. • Improved fallback messages when video permission is missing or the original workout video is no longer available. • Polished history screen text, accessibility, Korean/English localization, and overall stability.

This update makes every workout more fun and intuitive! • Live Form HUD — See your form score (0–100) and squat depth in real time, right on the camera screen. Know the exact moment you hit depth. • Perfect Rep Celebrations — Nail a flawless rep and enjoy a satisfying burst of celebration. String them together to build a combo! • Personal Best Moments — Beat your highest score and get a special celebration. • Skeleton Glow — The joint-tracking overlay now looks crisper and more alive: it glows softly when your form is good and highlights issues by color. • Streaks & Achievements — Track your day streak and unlock badges as you hit milestones for total reps, perfect reps, and consistency. • Shareable Result Card — Turn your session results into a beautiful card and share it to social media in one tap. As always, we've improved stability. Your feedback means a lot — thank you!

Improved Knee Forward Shift Detection for Deadlift Previously, knee position was compared against the ankle joint, which is located at the malleolus — not the actual toe tip. We've updated the logic to properly account for foot length. • Toe tip is now estimated using the shin direction vector • Foot length offset (≈ 65% of shin length) applied automatically • Fewer false positives — triggers only when the knee truly passes the toes

Deadlift Bar Path Tracking Track your barbell's movement path in real time during deadlift sessions. • Live Overlay — Bar path is drawn directly on the camera feed as you lift • Session Summary Chart — Compare trajectories across all reps side by side • History Saved — Bar path data is automatically stored with each workout • A straighter bar path means a more efficient deadlift

Performance Optimized real-time pose analysis frame processing for reduced battery consumption Moved database operations to background thread for improved app responsiveness Stability Fixed memory leak during workout video playback Camera session resources now properly released on exit Enhanced database security Localization Fixed text that was previously displayed only in Korean to support both English and Korean Time display now follows device language settings
