I’ve had multiple meals arrive an hour or more after the estimated delivery time. I’ve had multiple wrong orders and even had a situation where here I selected one location and it touted to a further location. The vendors number do not all connect to the stores your trying to reach. Any time you need a refund they will not refund the full amount and when I pointed out the refund was less then what I spent they stopped responding. Their response time is a day. When I receive my last refund for a meal that was marked delivered but I never received it will be deleting the app.

My driver got the order wrong I told him he said he couldn't go back because he was busy! I'm so disappointed in Kraven for things like this to happen, I don't know what happened to checking aka READING orders and making sure everything is accounted for. Kraven needs to train some drivers in customer service and responsibility for an order. If not soon enough Kraven we'll be out of busy fooling around with people's money. Plus this isn't the first time this happened to me. Kraven take this seriously please and thank you. Have a good day.
