### できること
- **リアルタイムにCPM（1分あたりの文字数）を表示**
- 速さに応じて **Normal / Fast / Too Fast** を色とラベルで判定
- **Fast / Too Fast でバイブ**（ON/OFF可）
- **セッションログ（数値のみ）** を保存して振り返り（一覧/詳細/日別・週別の傾向）
- **言語切替（日本語/英語）**
### 使い方
1. 「開始」を押して話す
2. 表示されるCPMとステータスを見ながらペースを調整
3. 「停止」でセッション終了 → ログで振り返り
### プライバシーについて（重要）
- 本アプリは **文字起こしの生テキストを表示しません**。
- 本アプリは **文字起こしの生テキストや音声データを保存しません**。
- ログ/履歴は **CPM等の数値のみ** を端末内に保存します（設定でOFF/全削除/保持期間変更が可能）。
※ 端末/OS/音声認識エンジンの仕様により、音声認識にインターネット接続が必要な場合があります。
### 広告について
アプリの継続運営のため、画面下部に広告（Google AdMob）を表示します。
**フルスクリーン動画広告は表示しません**。動画が表示される場合も **ミュート前提** です。
