Exam Simulation is here. Find out if you're ready to pass before test day. A new exam every time. Each simulation is a new set of questions built to the NCLEX test plan. Works like the real exam. You get one question at a time, with no going back and no feedback until the end. After the minimum number of questions, the exam stops once it's 95% confident whether you're above or below the passing standard. Full or Mini. Take the Full simulation (85–150 questions, 5 hours) or the quicker Mini (60–75 questions, 2 hours). See your pass probability. Your results show your chance of passing, where you stand against the passing standard, and whether you're above, near or below it in each category. Review every answer. Go through each question afterwards with the correct answer and an explanation. Track your readiness. A new Exam readiness card in Stats shows your latest pass probability and how it has changed across attempts. Pause and come back. Leave mid-exam and pick up where you left off. The clock keeps running, just like on test day.

Easier to read questions • Long clinical scenarios now appear in clear, calm text, with the actual question highlighted below so you know exactly what's being asked. • Vital signs and lab values (like BP, SpO2 and potassium) are in bold so you can scan them quickly. • On longer questions, tap "Scenario" at the top to re-read the case without scrolling back up. Redesigned bow-tie questions • A new bow-tie map shows your progress through findings, condition and actions. • Answer one step at a time with larger, easy-to-tap options and a clear "2 of 3 selected" counter. • Your earlier picks are never silently replaced. If you've reached the limit, just deselect one first. • Improved several bow-tie questions to make them more challenging and exam-realistic.
