Orange Flex is like two apps in one: choose the full mobile phone Plan and transfer your number in the app or get Orange Flex Travel, i.e. an eSIM with Internet abroad. Just like that!
ORANGE FLEX IS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION NUMBER
This option is more flexible than a standard subscription and easier than a prepaid plan. Transfer your number conveniently in the app and switch plans freely – without waiting till the end of the contract as there are no long-term contracts in the Orange Flex subscription. And what do you get? Unlimited data and calls, 5G, eSIM, multiSIM, stress-free roaming… and much more.
FLEX OR FLEX TRAVEL? CHOOSE YOUR ACCOUNT VERSION
Create an Orange Flex account to get a full mobile service you can manage all by yourself in the app. Or create an Orange Flex Travel account if you only need good roaming without changing your operator. Get an eSIM with Internet abroad to be fully free, travel with convenience and control your costs. You’ll love it!
WITH ORANGE FLEX YOU GET:
EASE OF USE. Just sign up, transfer your number or add a new one, and then activate an eSIM or order a regular SIM card – all using the app in the comfort of your home with no calls required.
LOTS OF EVERYTHING. You get unlimited calls, SMS and MMS in Poland and roaming in the EU. Plus a big or huge data package!
AND MORE. Still not enough? Orange Flex offers you unlimited Internet. Get a package for 7/30 days or a fixed Plan. Perfect for digital ninjas, for whom Internet = air. You can add up to 3 SIM or eSIM cards to your Plan for free. After all, it’s cool to have an extra SIM for your other phone, smartwatch, tablet or router.
FLEXIBILITY. You can upgrade, downgrade, activate or deactivate your monthly Plan – whatever you want with no extra charge. Set up everything at once and enjoy a monthly subscription or choose differently every month – that’s cool too. And if you prefer long-term commitments, annual subscription is your perfect choice. Unused data? Keep it in the Data Safe! And withdraw data whenever you need.
EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. Link your card and forget about transfers and top-ups. You prefer another way? We also have BLIK and ApplePay. You’ll know what you pay for in advance and you can track your data usage in real-time.
ROAMING? THAT’S ALSO UNDER CONTROL. A city break in the EU? Check your remaining data allowance with ease and buy an extra roaming package in the app. Holidays outside the EU? Get the inexpensive Here and There Package or the British Package and surf the web how you want it. Pay for data in advance and don’t stress about your bill after holidays.
SPEED AND 5G. Each plan includes innovative 5G, which is like broadband but without the cable. Fast, stable, reliable. Pick an eSIM and join us digitally in seconds without waiting for the delivery. Got a regular SIM? No worries, we’ll manage!
THE OPTION TO SHARE GIGABYTES. The mobile offer in the app provides endless possibilities and that’s why Orange Flex lets you share unused data with friends. Help another Flex user with data and make their day. Or receive such a gift yourself.
24/7 SUPPORT. The Flex app is super easy and intuitive, but if you need help, our handy chat is available 24/7.
BONUSES. Join the Flex Club and get discounts for products and services from Orange Flex partners.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION. Last but not least. Flex uses wind energy, doesn’t use paper and reduces plastic use. Furthermore, we have planted and are protecting biodiverse forests in Poland.
WITH ORANGE FLEX TRAVEL YOU GET:
A CONVENIENT ESIM – activate it immediately on your phone and stay online anywhere in the world. No need to run around the airport to find a local SIM card.
CHEAP DATA PACKAGES FOR 100+ COUNTRIES. Your operator’s roaming ain’t doing it for ya? Try something else. No strings attached, no number transfers.
SIMPLE PAYMENTS AND 24/7 SUPPORT. Because when you're on holidays, things should be simple and stress-free!

ID- verification
bs9😶
Im an Iranian-passport holder, living with working Visa in Warsaw , I tried to verify my ID with my passport and as well with my permanent residency of another country, I did selfie , and I tried more than 10 times, and they declined me!!! So easy, just because of my passport , this act of xenophobic and racism just for opening of SIM-card which is the minimal right of me in 2022, in 21 century is frustrating , you can’t believe what’s the harm you are doing, and at the end I did verify with my husband passport ( he is not Iranian) and now my phone and SIM-Card , is on his name! This behavior of your company needs to be fixed ! Ps: I wrote even email which you never answered !!

It has never been that easy to purchase good tariff and turn e-sim on immediately
All is grey, all is rain. What are we up to today? Well, small cleanup and improvements served with a side of good humor. Have a great day Flex-ers!
