I have to restart my laptop to get CyberHost working again.

MacBook M1 Max 2021, macOS Tahoe. If the app loses its network connection, the WireGuard protocol blocks internet access until the VPN connection is restored — but often CyberHost can’t resume working for some reason, even when the internet is back. Network access stays blocked, and the only way to fix it is to reboot the OS. It’s really annoying.

Have been using this vpn since 2020, everything was great except last year. I don’t know who is to blame, new ios (mac os) updates or cyberghost app updates, but since last year it almost impossible to use it from Belarus on iphone and macbook. Most of servers unavailable, need to be connect several times, and application is frozen. It impossible to turn off, fully block wifi connection, there is only one way to unblock frozen wifi - go to settings->VPN->delete cyberghost vpn settings (there is no need to reinstall app, the problem in vpn settings). As well application logout each time. But works fine in router, connect to servers

This is the worst piece of software I’ve ever used. The worst thing is that sometimes it lags completely. You can’t open the app to disable the VPN and you have no internet connection at all. On PC it may show that you are disconnected while keeping the IP from the VPN and I can’t connect to some services from that country. The only solution in this case is to delete and install it which is the worse thing. If you just close it from all tasks, it still keeps the VPN settings enabled. Awful. Not going to prolong the subscription, they don’t even fix it for many months

So I never managed to connect. Moreover, it’s most likely a virus inside, because as soon as I pressed the connect button, my Internet stopped working at all. Give me my money back for the subscription
