I use this app for my flower shop, and I've put up with it for a very long time, but it's no longer possible. I'm really upset that the app is focused solely on protecting customers. I feel like sellers have absolutely no right to protection from unreasonable buyers. Any unstable person can leave a bad rating for no reason, just because they're in a bad mood or something. As a result, the store's reputation suffers, and Flowwav support just shrugs and can't do anything about it. There have been such absurd cases where someone gave all ones simply because the staff wrapped the bouquet to protect it from the frost and secured it with staples from a stapler — the customer gave all ones because his cat could somehow be harmed by those staples. So, I really hope someone will hear me and do something about this, because I know that more and more people are refusing to work with this app for this very reason.
