Dress your baby for the weather: the temperature on the home screen and an outfit picked for your baby's age. Both parents keep one diary, each on their own phone.
A baby tracker from day one: see how long it's been since the last feed and which side you nursed on last time, how long your baby slept and when it's time to put them down again. Free, with no ads and no sign-up. Works offline.
You don't have to fill in everything: the home screen adapts to your baby's age, and the rest waits in the Menu. Feeding and measurement reminders stay quiet until you turn them on.
FEEDING AND DIAPERS
• Breastfeeding: a timer for each side. Forgot to start it? Log the feed after the fact
• Bottles of formula or pumped milk: the amount, and how much your baby had today
• Pumping and milk stash: what's in the fridge and the freezer, and what to use first
• Solids: each new food and how your baby reacted over the next three days
• Diapers
SLEEP
• Naps and night sleep, the daily total and wake windows, so you can see when it's time for the next nap
• Daily rhythm: a nap and feed forecast from your baby's own log, plus an hour-by-hour plan
• White noise, lullabies and other sleep sounds that keep playing with the screen locked
• Widgets: the last feed and sleep at a glance, without opening the app
GROWTH, HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT
• Weight, height and head circumference on WHO growth charts
• Your country's vaccine schedule: 74 countries from WHO data. No "overdue" labels: medical exemptions and individual schedules are treated as normal
• Temperature, symptoms, medicines and when the next dose is due
• Milestones from the 2022 CDC list, where each skill sits at the age most children reach it, so the list doesn't mark your baby as "behind"
• Leaps: the weeks when babies have a harder time, and what they tend to learn afterward
• Teeth, baths, tummy time
FOR THE DOCTOR
• A pediatrician report in one tap: daily averages, weight gain, the WHO chart. Print it or save it as a PDF
• CSV export of every entry for any period
• Switching from another tracker? Open its export file in the app, and your feeds, sleep, diapers and growth move into the log
TOGETHER WITH FAMILY
• The other parent joins with a code and logs from their own phone. You can see who logged what
• Twins and triplets: up to three children, one entry for both at once
• On the watch: log a feeding, a nap or a diaper straight from your wrist, without reaching for the phone
• Smart speakers: say "fed four ounces" and it's logged without picking up the phone
• Nana, the in-app assistant: say "fed four ounces" and she logs it, or ask "how long did he sleep today?"
• Photos and notes on any entry, a Moments feed, and a daily card to send to grandma
ABOUT FAMILY+
Free: the log, vaccines, measurements, solids, the pediatrician report, CSV export and twins. A shared log for two adults, the watch app and smart speakers are unlocked with Family+, a one-time purchase.
NANA+ SUBSCRIPTION
Nana answers by voice and text: ask about formula, typical weight gain and growth, the daily rhythm, or your own entries. She doesn't diagnose or prescribe treatment: that stays with your doctor. While the subscription is active, the shared log for two is unlocked too. The first week is free, once per account, no card required.

ABOUT YOUR DATA
The log works offline: each entry is saved on your phone and goes to the server once you're back online. No ads and no third-party analytics in the app. The server only sees daily totals that aren't tied to anyone, such as how many times the app was opened that day. Your entries go to a language model only when you ask Nana yourself and have agreed to it. You can delete your account right from Settings.
This is a log for keeping track, not a medical app. Vaccine timing, exemptions and any health questions are for your doctor to decide.
You can now add the Mom block to the home screen with a “Take over” button: one tap, and the other parent gets your request for a break. The same button is on the widget and your watch. Scheduled medicines: an hourly course takes a couple of steps to set up, and “Today’s doses” show on the home screen. You can now log water with solids, with an age-based guide right next to it. Your own medicine’s name can now be corrected in every entry at once. Plus other fixes.
