No account, no sign-up and no internet connection needed. Set a budget, add what you spend, and MyMoney does the math.
YOUR BUDGET AT A GLANCE
The home screen shows how much you have left, how much you've spent and how far you are into the month. The background shifts from calm teal to amber to red as you approach your limit, so you can tell how you're doing before you read a single number. Plan by week, month or year, and set limits for individual categories like groceries or dining.
LOG IT IN SECONDS
Tap +, enter an amount, pick a category, done. Add a note, change the date, or snap a photo of the receipt with the camera. You can also attach photos and PDFs from Files. Add expenses after the fact whenever it suits you: looking at a past month automatically starts new entries in that month.
REPEATING BILLS AND INCOME
Rent, salary, subscriptions: set them to repeat weekly, monthly or yearly and MyMoney adds them for you, even on the last day of the month. Get a reminder the day before a bill is due.
SEE WHERE IT GOES
Clear charts show your spending by category, over time, and income against expenses. Compare with the same point last month to see what changed, and get insights such as which categories are on pace to go over their limit, and how much of your income you're keeping.
EVERY TRANSACTION, ORGANIZED
Browse everything by day or in a calendar, search by name, note or category, and filter by date, type, category, amount or receipts. Edit, duplicate or delete with a swipe.
ALERTS THAT KEEP YOU ON TRACK
Optional notifications let you know when you reach 80% and 100% of your budget or a category limit, plus a weekly nudge to review your spending.
EXPORT AND PRINT
Create a polished PDF report with a summary, a daily chart, a full transaction list and every receipt attached, ready to share, save to Files or print. Export to CSV for spreadsheets or JSON for your own analysis.
SYNCED AND PRIVATE
Your data stays on your device and syncs through your own private iCloud account, so you enter things once and see them on your iPhone and iPad. The sync status in Settings shows when everything is up to date.
