I had planned 3 trips with flixbus in 3 days. The first trip Liege - Aachen. The bus was an hour late, I had to go by train. The second trip Aachen - Maastricht. The bus left half an hour before the departure time!! (of course, without notice). The support specialist apologized of course, but the work of flixbus is "wonderful". The next day, the 3rd trip Liege - Luxembourg. The bus even arrived on time. But after about 1.5 hours we stopped at a gas station. Filling the bus's tank to capacity is not fast. In total, we were 40 minutes late to Luxembourg. Is it possible to calculate the fuel reserve and the time for refueling in the schedule in advance? It seems that this is impossible for flixbus.

I planned two trips because I was late by one hour. I missed my other flight and I can't get a refund because my flight was less than two hours late. The rules say the company can provide another ticket, but the support team is responding to a bot that doesn't understand what I need from it. On the website, you can only create a form for a refund, but in the app, you can't change a ticket because the flight is late; there is simply no such button or link.

The money for the ticket has gone, but the ticket is nowhere to be found))) Support ignores for a month, template letters come to the email, but the problem is still not solved.I see that in the app reviews there is absolutely the same problem. and, as I understand, no one is going to solve these problems. disgusting attitude to customers, I will never use flixbase services again.

We were waiting our bus to Rome in Florence more than 30min and when the bus with needed number has arrived, the girl from the company sad that the bus changed its route. After 15 min another bus came with the same number. So we are later on 50 min after all. Probably this is my last time with your company.
