ExpressVPN doesn’t work on Mac!

Hello. I bought a monthly subscription. VPN worked on my mobile phone (iPhone), but not on my Mac. That’s sad. After clicking on the connection, it took a long time, but each attempt ended unsuccessfully, without any error message. I sent the log to the support, but this was not enough at all. I tried to change the connection type, but to no avail. Spent a couple of hours fighting vpn. This is not acceptable behavior for the application. disappointment…

Can't Log In After Subscription

I downloaded the app and paid for a monthly subscription, but I can't log into my account or use the app at all. I tried resetting the password, but I'm not receiving any email to recover my account. I've also tried to contact support via the in-app chat, but it doesn't work or I can't access it. Right now, I'm paying for a service I can't use. Very disappointed.

I have configured VPN on WiFi, and every time when my iPhone connects to my WiFi I should disable VPN manually on iPhone, and when leave the home - I should turn it on again. Please add trusted networks and disable VPN automatically, because when I behind 2 VPNs the speed drops down significantly! Tnx
