- No more rides lost to location settings. If Precise Location is turned off for MxMap, your iPhone only reports an approximate position, so laps, trail and times can't be recorded. The app used to warn you and let you record anyway. Now it won't start such a recording: MxMap explains what to turn on and opens the right setting. - Shared links now point to mxmap.net: they open in MxMap for anyone who has the app, and in the browser for everyone else. - Bug fixes and stability improvements.

Private messages Write to any rider straight from their profile — text and photos, with read ticks and a notification when they reply. Your chats live under Messages on your profile. Someone you block can no longer write to you. MxMap in Spanish, French and Italian The app now speaks nine languages. Pick yours in Settings → Language, or keep "Phone language". Notifications follow the language you pick, and the Apple Watch app is translated too. Share a ride as a picture Tap share on a ride and choose Picture: a vertical card with the satellite map, your best lap and the numbers, ready for Instagram Stories or a WhatsApp status. Available for public rides. Against last time here Ride analysis now compares the session with your previous one on the same layout — best lap, laps and average speed — and tells you whether the difference is bigger than your own lap-to-lap spread or still within it. Every jump of the track Switch the jumps list to "By jump" to see each jump of the track across all your passes, with its typical distance and airtime. MxMap news in the feed Motocross news in your language right in the feed — tap a card for the full story. The Official filter is back on the Posts tab. New Settings screen The gear icon on your profile opens Settings: language, units, notifications, blocked users and your account. Fixes • Lap gaps on the map, the Δ chart and the lap comparison now agree — no more phantom seconds between laps of slightly different length. • A ride opened from a notification or a shared link shows its real laps, distance and jumps instead of zeros. • Adding a motorcycle no longer fails silently, and a bike no longer becomes Main by an accidental tap. • A long comment no longer pushes the Send button off the screen. • A notification that arrives while the app is open shows one banner instead of two. • mxmap.net links open straight in the app.

US units MxMap can now show miles, feet, mph and °F. Profile → Units, or leave it on Automatic and it follows your iPhone's Measurement System setting. Rides no longer depend on the signal at the track A finished ride is saved on your phone first and uploaded to MxMap as soon as there is a connection. You go straight to the ride screen instead of a loading spinner, and every ride carries a badge saying where it stands — on this phone, uploading, waiting for network, or uploaded. Your own rides work offline Opening one of your rides no longer needs a connection: the telemetry is kept on the phone, and rides you are likely to open next are fetched in the background so they appear instantly.

• Activity centre: likes, comments on posts and rides, new followers, event participants and track moderation decisions — all in one screen. • Comment on a ride straight from its card. • Braking and throttle in ride analysis: a filled band along the trace — green on the gas, red on the brakes, the wider the harder. Also in the two-lap comparison. • The AI coach now says "clean session" when nothing in the ride stands out above your normal lap-to-lap variation, instead of inventing advice. • Tracks cluster on the map, so it no longer stutters where there are many. • Clearer explanation of why the app needs your location.

Recording no longer fails silently. A ride could previously record empty, and the rider only found out at home. Before a ride starts, MxMap checks whether the OS will let it record with the screen off, and if not shows a warning with the exact settings path (Android: "Allow all the time"; iOS: "Precise Location"). "Record anyway" is still available. A "GPS lost" banner appears during recording — separately for "no position for N seconds" and "signal too weak for N seconds". Leaving the recording screen asks for confirmation: "Stop recording the ride?". A failure writing the raw file to disk is now detected and reported instead of lost. Lap detection is correct where it used to lie. A negative speed reading from the GPS receiver now means "unknown", not "stopped". Reading it as zero marked honest laps as shortcuts with 0 m distance — precisely on the low-confidence fixes a real line crossing tends to arrive on. GPS fixes with no heading are handled; segment gates work on course-less laps. The stalled-monotonic-clock repair no longer breaks on a late heart-rate sample. Lap closure is detected correctly on an interpolated crossing. Jumps: lap-to-lap stability. The same feature is now detected on every lap rather than every other one (clean-run gate + consensus + ballistic guard). The terrain card stopped inventing numbers. On a ride with no barometer, where altitude comes from GPS alone, climbs, descents, grades and height range are no longer shown — they were inflated 1.6–2× (measured: 5 "descents" and a 22 % maximum grade on a flat motocross track). "Highest point" stays, because GPS gets the absolute level right, along with a line explaining why the rest is gone. Sign-in and profile. A profile that failed to save now says so in a dialog instead of vanishing quietly. Connectivity checking was reworked and several sign-in paths that could leave a user stuck were fixed. "Add track" button. Adding a track from the map used to require a long press — an invisible gesture not everyone found. It is now an ordinary visible button, identical on the map and in the track list. The ride import screen was reworked: one unified source picker (watch rides, Health Connect / Apple Health, GPX file), with empty and error states that explain what to do. Ride analysis: refined session summary, fixed lap comparison (non-finite values render as "—").

Analysis that tells you what to do next • Every ride now opens with a summary: where you lose the most time, whether you faded at the end, whether your heart rate crept up while the pace held. It stays quiet when nothing stands out, and it won't name a "worst segment" when the difference is smaller than your usual lap-to-lap scatter. • New track colourings: Δ to your best lap, Where laps differ, Where your line wanders, and Slope - each with a one-line hint on what to do about it. • Lap replay: watch a lap redraw itself on the map with the live gap to your best. Two laps can be replayed together as ghosts. • Δ-to-best-lap chart. • "How to read this" - a full built-in guide to every colour, column and mark on the analysis screen. • Skip stops: graphs and replay can now run over the riding. Moving time is shown alongside total time. Climbs and descents (enduro) • Rides are split into climbs and descents: height gained and lost, steepest gradient, highest point, and a per-hill breakdown - rise, length, average and maximum grade, your best climb time and slowest point. • A "Slopes" layer marks them on the map. • New career records: total metres climbed, climbs ridden, most climbed in a single ride, steepest climb. Recording just works • Press record and ride. The track is worked out from your location and the layout from the ride itself — you confirm it afterwards. Picking a layout up front is still there, now optional. • Same on Apple Watch: start straight away, sort the layout out later. • If a free ride turns out to be lapped, the app offers to make a layout from it. If it fits a layout you already have, it recognises it and offers to file it there. If the ride never closes a loop, or most of it happened far from the loop, it stays a free ride instead of inventing a bogus layout. • The save screen now shows what it is doing at each step. • The ride card shows how it was recorded: iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple Health or GPX. • You can add more than two bikes. When laps come out wrong • A new "Lap detection" card appears only when something does not add up - laps counted as shortcuts, two laps glued into one, a sector gate that almost never fires, or a ride that produced a single lap. • One tap opens the finish-line editor, which recounts the laps live as you drag the line, so you see the result before saving anything. • The finish line can now go anywhere along the ride, and warns you when it crosses the track in more than one place. • A ride no line can cut into laps can be saved as a free ride instead - track, speed, jumps and heart rate all stay. Feed, profile, sign-in • A "Mine" tab in the Rides feed, private rides included. • Private rides no longer count towards public statistics - track, layout and career numbers are built from public rides only. • Fixed sign-in failures, with clearer messages when something does go wrong. • Avatar and photo uploads show progress. • Missing translations filled in across all six languages. • Fixed a bug that zeroed the speed on some free rides, plus a batch of Apple Watch and segment-detection fixes.

A much deeper ride analysis • New ride summary: lap consistency, pacing breakdown (how much you faded towards the end), jump and heart-rate stats. • Best possible lap. see how much you'd gain by stringing your best sectors together, and which sectors cost you the most time. • Laps where you stopped, and obvious outliers, no longer skew your stats. They're excluded from the numbers. • The lap table now has an airborne-time column, and jumps show landing impact plus the share of the lap you spent in the air. Map and ride view • Tap a jump on the map to open the jump list with that exact jump highlighted. • New "Show part of the track" mode. Only the line near the current position is drawn, making the trajectory much easier to read especially for enduro. • Two-lap comparison: switch the laps you're comparing right from the comparison screen. • The track configuration card now shows a satellite image with your trajectory drawn on it. Events • Events now open with Overview and Schedule tabs. The schedule is available for training events. • Weather forecast right in the event header. • Refreshed event card design. Smaller things and stability • Pending recordings can be deleted with a swipe, and a recording without GPS no longer gets stuck. • A confirmation before logging out, so you can't do it by accident. • Feed, profiles and track lists load noticeably faster and use less data. • Bug fixes and general stability improvements.

Compare two laps side by side — overlay any two laps on the map, see exactly where you gain or lose time, and dig into speed, braking, altitude and heart-rate charts sector by sector. The map follows your rider automatically as you scrub through a replay, so you never lose your place on the circuit. Richer track pages — opening hours with a live "open now" status, surface type (sand, loam, hard-pack and more), and every discipline a track supports (motocross, enduro, freestyle…). Pick your bike before you save — choose which motorcycle a ride was on right before saving, whether you record on the phone or import from Apple Health or GPX. Your main bike is preselected. Full bike-maintenance tracking — pick your bike from a 260+ model catalog and get a pro service schedule (oil, top-end, valves, filters, suspension and more) tuned to your engine. Engine hours are counted automatically from your rides, so you always see what's due next.
