I was using that app for a while, I like it , really and it helps a lot in testing process. But from this year I have issues with it: 1. In summer my customer push the update of the app , but I was not able to get it . ( it was not shown in a TestFlight - needed version but according to the info that was displayed to my client- it should be shown) I was having that issue from July. But we resolve the issue in another way ;and seems it works for a while) .. 2. My customer was having issue ( I don’t know what the issue was) but he deleted my account and re-added it back some weeks ago. But suddenly it is displayed rn and I’m not able to work because all that I see - “tester removed” but from my clients side I’m still the tester and added as a tester (looks like everything normal) . What should I do?! How can I still be tester? Why there is a DELAY in SEVERAL WEEKS in displaying the status ? But , in general, as I’ve already told, good app .
