Premium Plan Terms and Conditions
1- Agreement
By subscribing to the premium plan offered by Penka, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2- Subscription and Payment
2.1 Subscription Fee: The Plan requires a recurring subscription fee as specified in the App Store at the time of subscription.
2.2 Payment Method: Subscribers must provide a valid payment method.
2.3 Fee Changes: Penka reserves the right to modify subscription fees, which will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
3- Billing and Renewal
3.1 Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.) starting from the subscription date.
3.2 Automatic Renewal: The Plan will automatically renew unless canceled by the subscriber. Subscribers are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.
4- Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the App Store.
4.2 Refunds: Refunds are subject to the App Store policies. Penka is not responsible for refunds, which are managed by the App Store.
5- Content and Features
5.1 Access: The Plan provides access to premium features as detailed in the App Store.
5.2 Content Changes: Penka reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Plan features.
6- Termination
Penka reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's subscription without prior notice for any violation of these terms or misuse of the Plan.
7- Privacy Policy
Subscribers are subject to Penka’s privacy policy, available at Penka Privacy Policy
8- Modifications
Penka reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
