What's new in this version • iPhone Duo support – open your iPhone Duo and the editor fills the inner display edge to edge, turns with the phone, and re-fits your plan every time you fold, unfold or rotate it. Stand it half-open on a table: your plan fills the upper half, with Structural & Interior, Furnish, Materials and Symbols as tabs in the lower half, right under your thumbs. • A new Home screen – jump back into your last design with one tap, start a new floor plan, and search all your designs. Organize them with tags, and get a deleted design back from the new Recycle Bin. • Draw walls exactly – add outside walls right on your plan with the new Exterior Wall tool and type each length as you go. Undo takes back just the last wall, and with Snap on, walls land on whole lengths. • Interior walls that keep their numbers – a length you type stays exactly as typed, measurements run face to face like a tape measure, and slanted walls show their angle, which you can type. Each wall moves on its own unless you link it. • Outside walls, your way – move or resize one outside wall on its own. Deleting a wall leaves a gap you can close again, and Remove area takes floor that isn't part of the house off an imported plan while keeping your rooms. • Paint your ceilings – Materials now has one Surfaces tab with Flooring Material, Wall Paints and Ceiling Paints, and a live 3D view shows each finish as you pick it. • Line art and truer AI renders – see your 3D view as a black-and-white line drawing. AI Render now starts from the exact view you're looking at, and renders stay much closer to your design. • More realistic 3D – made-up beds with duvets and pillows, bookcases full of books, front-loading washers and dryers, kitchen islands with real cabinetry, and shower wall tile you choose. New in the catalog: Person for scale, a gaming chair, PC and console, lockers, an electric guitar and a wall-mounted dryer. • Precise placement – put a door or window an exact distance from the end of its wall, or tap Center. Flip a whole group of furniture at once, and press and hold a piece to pick it up and drag it straight away. • Clearer measurements – show exterior and interior dimensions separately, see the angle at every corner, and numbers only appear where they fit, so a busy plan stays readable. • Easier electrical plans – change a circuit line after drawing it, run several lines from one switch, and the names you give lights and outlets show on the plan. • Plus fixes from your reports – AI floor plan import no longer fails on detailed plans, adding a room keeps your doors and windows where they are, and many smaller fixes and improvements.

Pick your language in Profile and it sticks. -A tape-measure tool: drop it on the canvas, lock either end, and drag the whole tape to measure anywhere on your plan. -Basements. Your designs can go down as well as up now — add a below-ground floor, set which way the stairs travel, and reorder floors freely.
