Purchased, but couldn’t open the app.

I had wanted to purchase the JUST RECORD app only after a favourable review on TechRadar .
Unfortunately, it was bundled with another app ( Tempo)which I do not need .
Now the JUST RECORD app does not open on my iPad .
Disappointed.
Please, advise.
Otherwise that's a scam !!
