Ratings and Reviews
Lose all customization after an update
The app isn’t bad, but when there is an update it force logs you out and you also lose all of your customized settings. Is there not a way around this?
Forced logout
It force you to logout every time when there is a new version, always when you need it mostly such as buzz someone in. Very frustrating.
Leaves you locked out
Trusted the app to work, digital fob didn’t work as it need to “renew” which because I don’t have data to get online I couldn’t do. Maybe don’t require that or alert people before rendering their key unless, that it needs renewing rather than leaving them locked out of their home. Truly terrible design.
