Cannot connect to server

Overall, I am pleased with the system, but this app needs upgrading. Too many times when I attempt to login, the app cannot connect to the server. At least send a message to your subscribers so they are aware that the server is down. Especially when I am trying to arm the house or turn on lights and I can't login it's frustrating. A few times this app has been down from 12am-5am with no notice. Please fix this issue ASAP

App works great!

App works great! All remote functions work smoothly and reliably. If there are issues with connectivity it's typically because of issues with your connection at home (e.g. Internet connection) not the app.

Stopped arming my system

Worked great before. Now it won't arm my system from my phone. When I try to set the alarm from the app it says 'your system is arming. This can take up to 3 minutes but never arms the system. Super annoying
