App doesn't work very well

Bought QX60 4 days ago. Couldn't login this app four times. Tried to reset password, says cannot find my E-mail. It worked again few hours later on it's own, I didn't do anything. Some times could login website, some times couldn't, random. It was showing one door didn't lock, I use remote to unlock and re-lock the door, message cleared. I never touched any door.I wrote review yesterday, Tried agin, worked 13:00 for few minutes, then cannot login.Did try remote open door, start engine from App, some times works, some times doesn't. This app is useless.

When you buy a 70k$ car you expect at least an app who’s working. Do something please, respect your customers. It doesn’t show me the unlock and start fonctions.
