Worst app I have ever used
Completely useless and unworkable. Can’t send e-transfers. Glitches all the time. Crashes all the time. Locks me out of my account and then forces me to change my password. Interface is confusing and changes every few months whenever they do an update that somehow manages to make things worse. Banking information itself is either hard to find or simply not there. I never have these issues with my other banking apps. I will be switching banks not because Access is a bad institution, but because their app is the worst app I have ever used in my life. This is unacceptable in 2023.
App won't even open
I'm trying to deposit a cheque. Previously, the camera froze when I was taking the photo, and now the app won't even open- it blinks into the welcome screen and then crashes. My experience with on line banking makes me consider changing banks.
Borderline unusable
Terrible. Glitches from the sign up process on, and everyday use is brutally frustrating. One example is trying to deposit an e-transfer and my accounts dissapear so I can't select one. Slow, bad UI, just bad.
