-severe bug fixes

Adactiv 3.0 is rebuilt from the ground up. - A new design for Today, Train, Food, Coach and Learn. - A new setup: your sports, your week and your equipment shape your plan from day one. - Food: a calorie line that shows your balance, meal photos you can correct, and a maintenance estimate that learns from your weigh-ins and logs. - Supplements with morning and evening reminders. - A day streak and a 1RM test that saves your best lifts. - Many fixes and smaller improvements.

What's new in 2.7 • Smarter plans: your equipment and the exercises you dislike are respected everywhere, rolling cycles get a proper split, and push, pull and legs progress a week apart. • Logging: RIR is no longer pre-filled, failure can be logged, and a finished workout is never overwritten. • Nutrition: calorie targets never drop below a safe minimum. • Privacy: AI features and analytics now ask for your own consent. • Faster start, demo-video and stability fixes.

Your training volume now adapts to you. • Weekly volume adjusts automatically based on what you actually complete • Rolling plans wait for you — skip a day and your next workout is still there • Better plans at partner gyms: we now read the available equipment correctly • Nutrition targets follow your goal — maintenance really means maintenance • Your progress and set counts are visible from day one

What's new in 2.4 • Nutrition: type what you ate and log it in one go. Common foods answer instantly, even offline, and you see calories and macros before saving. • Maintenance baseline: the 14-day test is now visible on every goal and shows its real state. • Partner gyms: scan a partner's QR code and the app opens with their code applied. • AI Coach: security hardening and answers grounded in 2024–2026 research. • Stability and security work under the hood.

NEW — Log food as a sentence Type "3 eggs and 150g rice" instead of searching twice. The app reads the sentence, resolves each item against its own tables first, and shows you every number in a review step before anything reaches your diary. Nothing is logged that you have not seen. Curated foods answer first, and offline 262 hand-checked staples carried only vitamins and minerals. They now carry calories and macros too, and they rank ahead of packaged products in search. A plain "rice" or "chicken breast" is answered instantly, with no network connection at all. Swiss products are found more reliably Roughly one in twelve search results used to be discarded because the search index held no nutrition data for it, and it was not random: Ovomaltine, Emmi, Rivella and quark were among them. Those values are now fetched properly. Raw or cooked "150 g pasta" means the plate, not the dry weight, and the two differ by as much as five times. You can now say which you mean, and when you don't, the review row offers the other one by name with the calories it would log. Categories are no longer logged "Some veggies" is not a food. It used to match a bag of veggie crisps and log 717 kcal against a weight nobody had stated. The app now refuses it and asks what you actually ate. Exercise demos Four exercises showed a clip of a different movement: upright row, calf press on the leg press, front-foot-elevated split squat and flat leg raise. The wrong clips are gone, the correct ones are in, and the strength library is complete. The maintenance test is findable again If your nutrition goal was not Maintenance, the maintenance baseline was hidden everywhere, including for people who had asked for it during onboarding. It now appears on every goal, with its state spelled out. Partner codes apply themselves A gym's QR code or a partner link now opens Adactiv and enters the code for you, instead of asking you to type it.

This is the biggest update Adactiv has had. Highlights: ADAPTIVE VOLUME Your plan now learns how much training you actually recover from and adjusts week to week, per sport and per muscle — instead of following a fixed template. Running, cycling, swimming and Hyrox adapt live, and every change comes with a one-tap revert. STRAVA Connecting to Strava never completed for anyone — that's fixed. Your activities now match to planned sessions with a confirmation step, and interval reps are read straight from the activity. 14-DAY FREE TRIAL Try everything for two weeks, no card required. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD You can now reset it yourself. TRAINING PLANS - Single-arm and single-leg exercises no longer show double the sets they should - Back days are spread across rows, pulldowns and rear delts instead of piling onto one - A new automatic check stops any muscle getting too much volume in one session - Demo videos now match the exercise you were given, and far more exercises have one - Existing plans were corrected automatically NUTRITION Clearer micronutrient percentages, a weight chart you can actually read, and maintenance calories that account for what's realistically reachable. ALSO Faster tutorial skip, fixed layouts in the nutrition and affiliate screens, and a pile of smaller fixes.

NEW — Micronutrient tracking Your nutrition tab now shows vitamins and minerals alongside your macros. Targets follow EFSA reference values for your sex and age. Foods resolve against a curated table of 220 staples first, then USDA, then the Swiss food database, and only as a last resort an AI estimate — every row tells you where its number came from. Supplements you declare count toward the day and sync across your devices. NEW — Weekly micronutrient summary A Sunday evening look back at the week's gaps, with food suggestions that respect how you eat — no dairy advice for a vegan. Endurance plans were being cut short Every generated plan had its sets capped at 3, so a prescribed 6x800m shipped as 3x800m. VDOT was also calculated ten times too low, which made every prescribed pace meaningless. Both fixed — regenerate your plan to get the corrected version. Progression tracking now actually runs The engine that adjusts your weekly sets had never activated for the athletes it was built for. It does now, along with the muscle progression panel and block recaps. Food search Brand searches returned another brand's macros, and on phones every keystroke burned four seconds on a request the system had already blocked. Both fixed. Foods with zero calories can now be logged. Also fixed • Estimated 1RM no longer shows fourteen decimal places • Bottom tabs are large enough to hit reliably • The maintenance testing phase now really does withhold the surplus it promised • Quests credit days logged entirely from zero-calorie foods • Tutorial tooltips no longer run off small screens
