This update adds Home Phone support across Advantage Connect, making it easier to choose the right customer contact number from conversations and customer forms. Home Phone numbers are treated as call-only, helping prevent SMS attempts to landlines while keeping mobile messaging workflows clear. We also improved conversation creation, scheduled message handling, phone indicators, and responsive layout details.
